Cancellation made before 30 days of trek date,
15% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation.
Cancellation made before 15 days of trek date, 25% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation.
Cancellation made before 07 days of the trip departure date 40% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation.
Cancellation made within the week of departure or in-between the trek or upon arrival in Katmandu, no refund shall be provided. Due to force out of control like the natural disaster.
Climbing Permit purchased is not refundable.
